That's your opinion. Only Boros and Garou have made him feel like he's actually in a real fight. She can't even handle him in his pre balding state, nor has she been called "really strong" multiple times in a context of strength.

They don't have to, just need some level of intuition like Subaru, even without the constellation. Since it is not a psychic ability she can understand the wives he is bringing into the fight have some connection and then with her psychic abilities she can find the cancer heart he left into one of them, destroy it and kill him

From what I've heard, "Intuition" in Re:Zero is on a level well beyond anything One-Punch Man has.
They have to destroy the Hearts in all of his wives, and they have to do it before Regulus one-shots them with his durability-negating, space-cutting attacks.

Subaru is rated as gifted, so I don't think it is so difficult, and Tatsumaki already fought creatures that could be killed only destroying a certain part of their body
There is only one heart that moves from one wife to the other as soon as the previous bearer's heart stops.
And they have to survive? As if it was something difficult to do, both Subaru and Emilia did it and Tatsumaki can fly, create barriers and create decoys or just use her powers to stop Regulus

Just letting yk before poeple can make a stomp match
1. We got an author statement about how the ONLY time he brought his wife was in the wedding and they would not be with him normally
2. He can stop any attacks from moving him so physical BFR probably would not work
3. The anime downplayed him and didnt show most of his destructive feats
4. Subaru needed very specific knowledge on astronomy, the other archbishops, knowledge on the fact that the powers of archbishops and their names have a relation, and some info about the wives from Emilia
5. I dont think anybody in OPM has intuition/ESP as strong as Reinhard who didnt detect any irregularity in their hearts right off the bat either and Emilia straight up needed to send her spirits inside of everyone to check manually

also destroying the heart only moves it to the next wife, this is why all 54 wives needed to be killed

Don't think that would change much against Tatsumaki
Yes, but Tatsumaki has more experience with monsters and creatures that need to be killed in a certain way or by destroying their core or the thing that keeps giving them energy, like Psykorochi, so it is plausible for her to understand during the fight how to defeat him if his wives are around of course, I imagined the fight as the one Regulus had in this season
Tatsumaki's psychic powers could do the same as she used them to detect the deadly poison inside of her sister, something similiar can be done with that heart
killing the wife moves it to the next one, destroying it directly probably not, but even if that was the case Tatsumaki would probably use her telekinetic powers to temporarly stop their hearts
and then destroy the one on her heart like Subaru did
distract Regulus and not let Tatsumaki being hit mostly

Creating barriers might not work since Regulus can cut through space, though Tatsumaki would realize it as she can sense spatial distortions and dimensional travel, but can she do anything against it? I dont think so. Tatsumaki can BFR him around the world to win like how she did to Saitama. She sent Saitama between cities quite fast(which City-A to another city is around 160 Kilometers and they passed through another city as well) which Regulus's ability has an unknown distance limit that is at least 100 kilometers.
"Little King has an unspecified limit on it's range where Regulus must be able to "feel his wive's love nearby," but it at least exceeds 100 kilometers as he is able to return from space."
Though Tatsumaki would have survive which is hard considering Regulus having FTL speed(Couldn't be subaru fr) d:

By being much faster, having senses to pick up on his weaknesses with or without the wives, the mobility to use frozen danmaku to his advantage, the skill to deflect attacks from people much faster than himself and much more skilled then Regulus, the stamina to fight for several days until Regulus' heart stops, etc.

How is he much faster? Regulus's profile places him at vaguely FTL, which means Flashy Flash is only about two times faster (his profile only has him at about two times light speed).
Sure, but can he take advantage of them? He can't hurt Regulus, and according to @SatellaTheWoE, his wives would be located hundreds of kilometers away from the fight.

If Regulus's limit is at least hundreds of kilometers, it shouldn't be as Tatsumaki is capable of throwing people space or sending them to another city (From City-A to another city is larger than hundreds of kilometers.)
It might be stomp depending on arguments.
