Lmao, Drive Knight’s new transformation is literally a knockoff of Cosmic Garou, not to mention the way it plays out.

Drive Knight copied him on a genetic level and immediately got one shot lmao.

I don't know if that means he didn't fully copy him or Saitama was just passively that much stronger than before.

Saitama had so much aura in this chapter.

"Rest now." After face tanking a dude using his full power against him 🥶🥶🥶

I'd argue it to be the case when it happens in the manga.

But webcomic Saitama is hard to talk about.
So does this mean the broken limiter can't be copied. But Garou as able to copy him.
Limiter isn't biological.

Garou "borrows" power through shakkei wich is weird exoterical supernatural and can copy the movements themself at a macro-Quantuum level. Imo that's better than genetic level copying.

he wasnt able to handle saitama strength , he said it himself that he'll be destroyed he was already breaking apart when he transformed lol

Hey so is Genos a AI too ?
nah a cybrog , DK is pure AI Robot but both are getting ****** with mentally , one got reprogrammed and slowly fed lies to believe are justice as for genos probably false memories and same thing trying to make MK be the enemy but if u look at previous chapters every time he start going haywire he come to his senses after thinking of saitama

this time tho its a bit too extreme so he might be tweaking out for real lol

wait so was Genos basically groomed?

Just finished reading the new webcomic chapter. Haven't felt this hyped for One Punch Man in a while.

So Metal Knight's enhancement gave him power equivalent to 1/3 of Darkshine and could push back Final Upgrade Genos with it. Guess Darkshine is still op asf in the webcomic unlike the manga.

The Organization's Enhanced Monster Squad is stronger than the Monster Association huh. Once the manga reaches this section Murata's probably gonna change stuff and say some of these monsters are Above Dragon.

Also seems like one thing the English translation left out for the webcomic translation was the section about Tatsumaki and Flashy Flash. Metal Knight actually called them 主力级 Main Force Class Heroes.

Kuseno being the antagonist was expected. About time they finally revealed that with how many people have already theorized it.

Drive Knight also has his own equivalent of Mode: Saitama huh. After this chapter Drive Knight might be in the top 5 of S-Class with his Saitama form. Also loling at the King form not working. King jokes will never not miss.

Crazy Drive Knight scaling indeed

He was already the strongest MG there to my understanding, among a group of MGs that "surpass the Monster Association" (which may include WC Golden Sperm), then he apparently absorbed these guys to use his final form

“Stronger than the Monster Association” is absurd, I know the webcomic version might as well be called the Loser Association except for Golden Sperm, but unless the manga changes the line, this is some insane power creep lol (for non-Saitama, Blast, and God-related forces, one-shotting all that is par for the course).

man that is irrelevant for them, SINCE THEY DON'T HAVE ANYTHING ELSE.

Chapters of the webcomic usually come in sequences of 2-3 in a short period of time before going on hiatus. Will we have more chapters of the webcomic soon?

Are we going to get Saitama vs Genos??? That would be tragic

Anyway here are my thoughts about the chapter and really about something that irks me a little about the webcomic, nothing too bad though.

I liked this new WC chapter but it shows a few faults that irk me a little when reading it.

I feel like ONE relies too much on the audience having read the manga already to make some developments seem more "natural" than they actually are. Which, fair, might as well capitalize on that but it makes it harder to appreciate the WC narrative as its own thing and precisely in this chapter we have the two biggest examples of it.

Kuseno: He is a character that is absent for 98% of the WC and after his "death" its revealed he was actually a twist villain the whole time

Is it cool? Hell yeah

But one can't help but feel this is a rather sudden twist that should have gotten not only more set up but actually time to familiarize ourselves more with Kuseno before his "death". Like come on, he literally just finishes introducing himself in the same chapter he fakes his death.

ONE is aware of this issue, that's why he made him appear earlier in the manga in the Hotpot chapter and he overall has gotten more attention though it wouldn't hurt to give him further screentime before the reveal.

Drive Knight: In the WC he dissapears from the story for 100 chapters, comes back, shows off his forms against some fodder monsters and now its revealed he was a Robot the whole time and a pawn of Kuseno.

Again, cool but this is all rather sudden...

Most of the theorycrafting and hype around him came from ONE deciding to include him in the MA arc in the manga, letting him not only show off his powers but also sprinkling a few hints of his motives, methods and even a possible allegiance to the Organization...

And when Drive Knight fused with Genos that wasn't only cool but raised some eyebrows, not only are they somehow able to do that but their Cores look extremely similar.

So when this reveal happens it's really a payoff to people who theorized about the things he was shown to do in the manga rather than the webcomic

I've personally always treated the WC as a draft that is then properly fleshed out in the manga so it doesn't bother me that much but it's something that I've noticed and makes trying to evaluate the WC on it's own merits almost impossible.

It does make it pretty amusing to see the wc elitist types celebrating something that really only works thanks to the manga supposed "unnecessary fluff" though lol

In way, the Webcomic is shorter and works better narratively, but the characters...man, some of them are ABSENT.
people say that Blast looks pathetic and a loser in the manga, has if Blast in the webcomic was better BY BEING ABSENT.
