Being beyond from 4-D/2-A space doesn't enought to make it Low 1-C, no. This is very vague, this could be basically referring to a superior of power, or the omnipresence of God. (Or something like that)

Size difference or transcendence statements alone were not enough, this has been discussed before in tier 1 standards. You basically need more than that. The statement of "being beyond" can mean anything
Also, the statement of "higher dimension" and "beyond" here are of 3-D beings comparing God to themselves. This actually gives God only 4-D.

Uh, what are you talking about?

God's statement is that of reducing space, distance, and energy to irrelevance, and being in a higher-dimension relative to everything else - which is clearly referencing spatial existence given it is followed by pictures of a tesseract. It isn't "being beyond" or whatever you are saying. Even Ultima has agreed off-site that it is a pretty blatant dimensional difference for God lol.
