For you to be FTE for someone, it would have to be at least 2x faster than her, this is the minimum of the minimum.

I think it's fine though. My reasoning is this:
At least Relativistic+, possibly FTL (Blitzed Flashy who couldn't even see him move. Based on what happened, it is safe to assume that Blast is at least 2x faster than him). Unless that's not how things work here.
