Besides, Xatu is probably the strongest non-legendary, non-mega Pokemon on the site.

That isn´t really fodder, however, as far I know.

The assasinorum isn't really fodder by the standards of the verse. Hell, even regular space Marines are often portrayed as unstoppable walking killing machines. When taking the entire verse into account though, between all the gigafoe 4-Bs, 4-As, and tier 1s, they technically are.
