SCP-001 (Swann) Dude can literally rewrite existence with his existence erasure, even scips with heavy resistance to it.
 
Anyone got a great one for 7-A? Best I got is Machina due to his EE being able to erase even the embodiment of a concept like Methuselah. Granted he doesn't have any ranged options at all but he was considered such a threat despite that as he had to be BFR'd outta there.
 
Vecna for High 6-A and probably 2-C too, though I'm not sure if he's higher or lower than Orcus.

I dunno who takes 2-A, I know D&D contends with SMT and Digimon for that tier as far as strongest goes.
 
Lower God Vecna is probably better than Orcus, but it is a bit murky.

If a Adventuerer profile was made they may qualify for Low 1-C I guess

Nah but for now Numid has strongest Low 1-C EE.

If it helps, Culaina might take 10-C, of a sort? She doesn't use it per say, but millions of timelines cannot exist unless she lives in them. If she doesn't, poof.
 
High 1-C can go to the One Giver, her mere plans where so complex that she'd destroy the Angels by just explaining it to them with her ELOHIM.

Then there's her Divine Pressence, where that automatically destroys any being that comes near her, erasing them so hard they Exist neither in Existence or Non-Existence, as she erases on levels above Unity, which cannot be ascribed to Existence or Non-Existence.

Sadly, Transduality isn't a clause for Tier 1 anymore.

I've even got "trans-transduality" in World of Darkness, being transcendant over Unity, such a transdual "thing" that it cannot be described to even exist, as to exist is a trait of Duality, existence and non-existence, to which it is above.

Numidium should be in High 1-B and 1-A
