Strongest Character for Every Tier 20

To be honest 10-B and 10-C are kinda outdated. Nobody brought up anybody other than Randolph for a long time which was how he became the strongest 10-B. Also Cueball no longer has infinite speed so 10-C probably also needs a new strongest.

I got a guy who is a strong 10-B but I'm not sure if he's the strongest.

Without Broken immortality or Higher Dimensional Haxes, Kishin Asura can take the spot via passive planetary Madness haxes who bypass characters resistant to planetary Madness haxes
Hmm yeah planetary mind hax does do the job. DxD can't compete with that stuff.

So whos the strongest per tier without broken higher-D hax? (Higger d hax thats useless doesn't count for obvious reasons)

different thread. Do you mean hax that works on higher dimensionals or hax that is higher dimensional in nature? Would you be excluding conceptual manipulation because that naturally bypasses tier as a whole

Conceptual manip can be tied to dimension tho

Isn't hax that works on higher dimensional beings the same thing as hax that is higher dimensional in nature? Both basically. So anyone with say, 1-B EE but 2-C tier as a whole doesn't count. Or higher D souls in lower D shells (looking at you SCP-682)

No, because hax in general can do that, but you can also resist it. Higher D hax just makes it nearly impossible for standard resistances.

it can be, but by default it isn't. If you can apply the concept of death to something it probably won't matter how powerful they are up until like outerversal or if they have some level of resistence to it

we treat it like the rest of the haxes in that it is unless the character somehow has 1-A concept manip

Not how I have seen it treated around. If something is conceptual, it is much harder to call a NLF on it because (verying by the kind of concept of course), basically the most powerful form of that kind of ability.

If someone is conceptually beyond death, then it really does not matter how good that death hax is unless it has shown to work on those who are conceptually beyond death. Its basically the closest thing to immunity you can get. Conceptual hax is almost the inverse of that

Well if you lack a concept of something than yeah you're immune to stuff that involves that concept unless user can reintroduce the concept or just ignore that, but someone like The Daughters of Oryx can't necessarily kill a 1-B just due to their absurd deathhax.
