Shouldn't HA DIO be in 8-B? And before you say he would only be the strongest 8-B because of a 2-A ability, Jill is only the strongest 9-A because of 1-A hax.

Not necessarily, if he can a activate faster.. Flagg without grapefruit or black 13 made short work of her.
 
It was decided in the free for all that Matoi's portals are pretty much instantaneous, which dunks on Flagg

Due to the format of a FFA being different from a 1v1, which is what this thread mostly considers. DIO does blitz in unequal though.

i don't see why he's still banned from matches, since he has scaled stats that still work

We don't know how far his hax would play out though. It's best for him to stay banned untill more of DxD gets translated.

So add Ajuka for High 6-C then?

Well (this is not officially translated info but..) someone gun come with conceptual manipulation, Self-Existence Manipulation and some other stuff. So you can look forward to that xD.
 
If accel/zam > Cole and Ajuka > Accel, then Ajuka would take the spot none the less (even if Ajuka is weaker than cole, can't rly make a match with a banned character to determine the winner).
 
Cole also utterly murderblitzes Ajuka before he can think

Zam isn't High 6C anymore and still loses to Cole, Ajuka never beat Accel and Accel can't beat Cole in an unequal speed fight

He also gets god blitzed by Cole and Zam before he can even act

A>B>C logic rarely ever works, don't use it.
