I mean, Mundus resists the hax (bar the info 2) and while Mundus can't affect the NEP guy, idk if getting info erased would actually be relevant given Mundus is an empty void and stuff.
Dunno if they can tank all of Mundus' haxes cuz layers and shit too (except the NEP guy).
At worst its an incon
Also funny that DMC still doesn't have the high godly regen when the thread was kinda made already

Mundus only has incorporeality and inorganic physiology on the profile. No reason for the EE to not work.

I really doubt logic hax would be remotely enough to make a dent in Amaterasu, let alone defeat her (especially with the countless x countless infinite layers of bs) not to mention BB may actually qualify for logic bs too given what phenomena intervention is at its core

They are just hard to affect, albeit Cracking is like 13 different abilities at once, but still M and Edison have a nasty combo of NEP2 and Acausality type 5, since they are the God tiers of the verse minus AZZT who dreamed everything into existence, and Sanido who may be AZZT's equal, but yea these guys don't fight, so it's not like they absurd layers or anything.

@Vietthai96 The Gods haven't been fully fleshed out yet, so we don't have a clear sense of how powerful everyone is.
Only thing we can be certain of is Edison>M, since Edison was another M, who then consumed Yog, but besides from that not much is known. Sanido for example claims to be A.Z.Z.T's equal, who is supposed to be the strongest, and within the realm of Elysisa, which is some sort of nonexistent realm, which is also Sanido herself, there exists Elysians who from memory Hypnos is one of the more powerful ones, and it's stated time and space are meaningless to him too, just like M who has those sort of statements.
But anyway, we haven't seen any Gods fighting yet, and the cosmology hasn't been fully fleshed out yet, since the VN's usually stay somewhat grounded so far, we haven't gotten anything God focused, but we know Demonbane is now part of it, so it presumably will be fleshed out, albeit maybe not by Steampunk's author who hasn't touched it in years and is busy doing Fate stuff, but maybe by Demonbane's author.

I mean can amaterasu even interact with arale given she is present both inside and outside of plot and canuse her plot haxs
Even if you ignore above arale has accausality type 3 where multiple versions of her exist which can replace the original one with knowledge of the battle and lead with exiting plot.

D still has his aura that can passively cause fear down to the concept, DMC guys aren't going to be able to actually kill D due to his several layers of High Godly and High Godly regen neg resistance, in addition to having his own high godly regen neg + being able to cut folks concepts, the only real pain point is the passives but D is a)Entirely liable to adapt, b)Mundus doesn't actually resist D's own passives c)Some of that stuff D just won't care about (the illusion hax is going to end with D cutting through and killing the illusions for example)

I heard about that, but that doesn’t seem to be case now? I feel like that would’ve been fixed by now (that and Sol’s match with Kai Ninjago happened so)
I guess until something comes up, I’d say Guilty Gear should be above Devilman for sure as the verse already has characters that use 12 layers of Magic that has Information Manip and others (although more notable examples include Sol Badguy, I-No, Happy Chaos, Axl Low, Ky Kiske) I could go on and on.

Hypertimeline thread going nowhere it seems aside from some minor bits about clarification (Which I strongly doubt will change the current verses anyhow).
A bigger issue now would be Invulnerability and Layers as a whole getting nuked. Battles will be hell and a half to debate again.

Actually the thread about layers still keeping layers, but DontTalk and Agnaa said layer isn't an absolute wincon in a vs match anymore, hax potency and other qualities are still need to be considered in a match

correct me if im wrong but isn't layers the best way to tell who wins in a fight? like if character A has 20 layers for all his abilities and he's fighting B who has 15 layers for all his abilities then character A simply stomps

It's not even the nuking part that makes me angry. It's that the same man who proposed layers, DT himself, is now removing it because his verse Toaru is getting mogged for not having enough layers. It's kinda funny if you ask me.

DontTalk's new comment implies the proposal would gut how we do layers currently, with his new proposal, verses will have to find other methods to find layers that don't involve a mere increase potency/magnitude in power.

Hard to do, probably there are some verses out there can get, but this just make hax layer into a pseudo-resistance negation which rather we just nuke layer altogether
