Info 2 can nuke other characters of course, but Fear Zeus and Primordial are pure type 1 conceptual existence. Good luck trying to interact with them. If you have History EE which can neg Aca 1, you can indrectly neg Fear Zeus by deleting the chain of causality that lead to the creation of Fear Zeus thus indirectly delete Fear Zeus. Though other Primordial already exist as pure concept and predate even creation so good luck

No, it is about interaction, Info 2 can't interact with Concept, and vice versa. Fear Zeus and Primordial exist as Pure Concept so Info 2 can't interact with them, and in turn they can't interact with Info 2

Can't interact with Honkai characters due to their soul, mind and consciousness being Info 2 (that is counting the what if situation where concept get nuked). Aeon being AE1, NEP1 and 12D HDE and they just nuke DMC with Info 2-based haxes

Tbf Undertale isn't "lol time travel that affect multiple timelines" but instead is off the Game World being directly stated to be a space-time containing timelines within its bigger time axis which also is shown to be independent from these.
Gravity Falls (another verse I support with also Hypertimeline shenanigans) also has the Nightmare Realm being directly called its own timeline with also its infinite MWI-like branches, all while having its infinite multiverse within it.

There is one verse, Clockwork something iirc, there is a statement about a second orthogonal time axis. There hypertime in DC iirc. Other than that, nothing else. Chinamen verse will just directly throw stuff like infinite temporal dimensions at your face

To me, it's just needless pendatism, semanticality and battleboarding jargon brainrot seeping in, requiring everything to be minutely verbatim and what-have-you instead of putting faith on basic common sense and putting two and two together. This is how you get bullshit like "Endless/Limitless/Without End is not infinite, just hyperbole" and whatever else.

Nothing is genuine nor concrete and eternal in battleboarding. Standards keep changing all the time. I also don't believe in nor like kneecapping verses just because you don't like them getting higher tiers. You just need to learn to adapt.

No it hasn't been the same since, heck even 1-A via R>F is a concept that we technically made up, but just because it is made up in a sense, doesn't mean it should be out right denied, as it still have some underlying reasoning that logically resonates with the framework of the standards, if someone doesn't like the standards, they can try to change it by creating a revision for given framework that this wiki abides to, but don't expect it to go through easily.

The anti-feat thing is just the caveat we added to make it look like it's fair and just, otherwise no fundamental difference on letting any MF enter 1-A.
