Likely not as good. It's only shown to be as good as how it's depicted in the gif on Eiji's profile. It still predicts, but the user still has to move themselves.

yes but how good are the predictions ? has it ever failed or give wrong predictions ? if not touma does not have anything that can make him hit him, as he is faster and can just doge anything thanks to the prediction support system

It could predict a lot of Kirito's attacks, but not all of them.

Pretty sure Touma can react to Eiji's attacks too, considering his own precog.

Speed can be equalized though to make it more fair.
