I'll make things quick and brief here, but Kaladin and Szeth should get upgrades to their profiles.
Kal should probably also get different keys as well.

But here's a brief rundown:
Kaladin unlocks Shardplate during Chapter 110 of Rhythm of War.
Kaladin should have Large Building level AP and Durability when using his Shards, as Shardblades were made to fight Thunderclasts, which are this large. Shardplate can block Shardblades.
Szeth should get Planetary AP with Nightblood, as it was capable of killing Odium.

Proposed changes:
Szeth:
Pre-Oathbringer | Post-Oathbringer
Attack Potency: Street level (Even when drained of Stormlight entirely he can easily trounce trained athletes and soldiers wearing armor when outnumbered), Wall level with Stormlight (Sent Gavilar, while he was wearing full Shardplate, flying through a door with a single kick[11] Can deflect blows from Shardbearers and Plate users[12]), Large Building level with Lashing and his Honorblade (Caused an entire balcony to detach and collapse under its own weight after lashing it four times[13]. Instantly killed a Plate user with a stone lashed 20 times[14]. Can block blows from Shardblades, which were designed to kill Thunderclasts, which are this large.), his Honorblade ignores conventional durability against beings of living flesh | Street level, Wall level with Stormlight, Large Building level with Lashing (Same as before). At least Planet level with Nightblood (Described as "orders of magnitude" above regular Shardblades and that The Bands of Mourning weren't "remotely close" to containing the amount of Investiture Nightblood had[16] and that it was the most Invested object revealed thusfar in the Cosmere[17]. Managed to kill Odium, a Shard comparable in power to Preservation. Increases his physical abilities even further. Also ignores durability, annihilating whatever it strikes physically, mentally, and spiritually[18])

Durability: Street level (Could take hits from a depowered Kaladin), Wall level with Stormlight (Took attacks from a man wearing full Shardplate[24]. Shardplate users can exchange blows with 40-foot tall Chasmfiends and casually break through solid stone), Large Building level with his Honorblade (Blocked and parried attacks from Kaladin, who had Syl), Planet level with Nightblood

Kaladin:
Pre-RoW | Post RoW
Attack Potency: Street level (An extremely accomplished soldier who has physically trained and fought for years. Trained his body to the point of exhaustion nearly every day for a year straight. Can knock a man out with a single punch, comparable to a depowered Szeth), Wall level with Stormlight (Can shatter bones with physical attacks, crack stone with his fists, and even break through Plate with physical strikes. Fought evenly with and eventually overpowered Szeth in a Highstorm), Large Building level with Syl and Lashing (Shardblades were designed to fight against Thunderclasts, which are this large. Also ignores conventional durability for beings of living flesh by directly attacking their soul. Comparable to Szeth, and managed to crack Shardplate while Lashing.) | Street level, Wall level with Stormlight and Shardplate (Same as before. Comparable to Dalinar when wielding Shardplate) Large Building level with Syl (Same as before)

Durability: Street level, Wall level with Stormlight (Can take hits from other Radiants. Withstood having boulders flung and crashing on himself in a Highstorm, even capable of maneuvering through the clash of the Everstorm and a Highstorm, which caused winds in the hundreds of miles per hour, and 'shattered the shattered plains again'), Large Building level with Syl (His Shardtools such as Swords and Shields are capable of blocking other Shardblades) | Street level, Wall level with Stormlight (Same as before) Large Building level with Syl and Shardplate (Same as before. Comparable to other Shardplate users such as Dalinar, which can take hits from Shardbearers)

I don't believe this is because of pure Attack Potency, but its ability to bypss durability via destroying a living target on all three Realms (Cognitive, Physical and Spirital), which caused it to kill Odium's Vessel.

The actual Shard of Odium remained intact.

Investiture resists investiture, and if Nightblood had the Investiture to overpower a Vessel of Odium than that should qualify for the AP

Nightblood absorbs Investiture. I'm not so sure that the Vessel of Odium can simply repel Investiture-based attacks if they don't scale higher than him in AP. Also, it was a completely surprise attack that took Odium off-guard which may factor into it.

We are shown in Mistborn that Vessels can, as Preservation and Ruin were hurling raw Investiture at each other.
True, maybe Odium could have defended himself if he wasn't caught with his pants down, but Nightblood still managed to kill Rayse
