Uh, Stella is only Large Building level. She gets one-shotted as soon as Pyrrha closes the distance.

If she can use it before Pyrrha gets close depends on the starting distance, but regardless, that attack travels in a straight line and has a very obvious charge time, so it's not that hard to dodge from a long enough distance.
Now that i think about it, Stella should be skilled enough to not die instantly in CQC, specially with stuff like Trackless Step and Flame Veil, but there's really no way for her to win this if Pyrrha gets close, and she will get close. The only way for her to win this would be using Bahamut Soul to blind Pyrrha and comboing it into Kalsariteo Salamandra, but that would be insanely hard to pull off in this scenario, not to mention a bit out of character.
