Static Shock Revision

I feel Static Shock needs a revision so I bring some things that may be usefull

His uniform can generate electrical interference that renders it and by extension Static invisible invisibility. He activates this function by channeling a low voltage charge through the uniform.

Telepathy Resist - Avoid telepathic detection from Miss Martian, resisted telepathy control - http://i.imgur.com/TKbP0IJ.jpg

Healing Factor - able to heal from minor wounds, was able to reattach his body parts - http://i.imgur.com/CFv0tZa.jpg

Resisted Anti-Life Equation -

"Eventually resists the mind control of the Anti-Life equation, subconsciously, and generates more power than before."​

Most of these abilities seem fine (though stealth mode seems to lack context), but the Mind-Control resistence once seems to be from another continuity than the rest. Most scans appear to be from N52 while it looks Post-Crisis.

Side note, I'm not really sure how to work with other Post-Crisis Milestone characters. They were originally supposed to be their own thing but were eventually absorbed in the DCU.

Agreed, these are different static incarnations.

And I dont think we've figured out how to do the rebirth characters yet due to them being a combo of the different continuties

There is the Milestone Static, the animated Static, and the DC comics Static. I am uncertain if there are two incarnations of the last category.

As far as I'm aware, the first and third scans came from he New 52 series (which was cancelled quickly), the second scan looks to be from milestone, the fourth scan matches the art style of Post-Crisis.

All in all, we can't really scale across continuities in any case.

Yeah, cross-continuity scaling is defiantly a no-no. I plan on reading his comics fairly soon though since he's apparently getting a new run in early 2018. I'll see what I find.

Shouldn't Static be Massively Hypersonic now, scaling to Katana?

I do not know. He is not a physical fighting type of character, and there are different versions of him than the DC Comics one.
