I’m not sure wat ur telling me but I’ve seen that before, and Id say it comes from a realistic enough( it’s even kinda realistic for real life) source and it was reflected and refracted like actual light if that’s wat ur asking

That’s kinda unfair because first of all it doesn’t need to cover all, second most don’t even have a reliable source of the light and doesn’t behave like light but are still counted, never seen a scale where the light cover all the basis (at least most)

we are not able to touch light or any other electromagnetic wave as these are made up of the photons (which are the mass less packets of energy). these photons flows in a path to form a wave these waves have their characteristic wavelengths., by which they are further classified into types of EM(electro magnetic) waves.

Light is "touchable", her Quirk needs contact. Light interacts with matter, it doesn't pass through matter like it doesn't exist.

Do you even know how you see, because light is absorbed into and reflects off matter, that reflection is how you see.

Yes it can't be hold or truly touched, that's why she used Law Manipulation to make the light into something she can hold. After making contact with it.

Buy something called a laser pointer, and watch how that red dot makes contact with your body.

Can you push things with light?

The answer is very complicated, light has no rest mass but it does carry momentum which is energy.

You clearly are way to hung up on what the word "touch" means, she doesn't need to hold or touch with the palm of her hand.
 
Note: The laser doesn't have enough evidence to be lightspeed as of yet, but saying her "touching" is proof that it isn't light is not true nor an argument.

We have no idea what the limits of touch means for her Quirk, which is impossible until more evidence comes out.
