I'm afraid the Vegeta & Dominator Duo don't stand much of a chance.
Garlic Jr.'s a good deal stronger than Vegeta, having easily overpowered a Krillin who had already surpassed him. Plus, even if Vegeta could keep up, there's no way he'd be able to get past Garlic Jr.'s immortality. And while Vegeta does have a 2x AP advantage over T.K.O., the latter's basis energy attacks would drain Vegeta of his powers, and even then, if it came down to it, Vegeta wouldn’t have any way to counter the Disempowerment Dome.
Lord Dominator is a bit more tricky to deal with. Her magma powers could definitely hurt them, and her ice powers might be able to take out Garlic Jr. if he doesn't conter-attack. But again, Garlic Jr. can pretty much heal from anything she throws at him, and T.K.O. resists the ice while also only needing one solid hit to end the fight.
