Stand Size manipulation

So, I think is pretty simple what I am trying to do here.

Based on this panel Stands should be able to change their own size.

Now, I won't say this should be included to everyone (Unfortunately), but this should still be added on Silver Chariot and Hierophant Gree section of abilities since thats how they defeated the lovers

Yeah, they clearly state that "Stands are able to change their size". They don't refer to any specific Stand in particular, just a thing that Stands can do.

Is just that is weird as hell to put stand to change their size since some of the stands could just go minuscule and kill the Joestar group, but idk, I will wait for Lord or J-Man to come here

It is definitely an ability of most if not every single stand.

However I would only add it to Polnareff and Kakyoin. They are the only ones to demonstrate so, and while the others could technically do it, I reckon it would be pretty OOC for them to do so.
