Stain encounters a Wild Pichu

Stain is building+, while Pichu is just building level. However, Pichu scales from Cleffa's shooting star, which is calculated as 0.62 Tons of TNT. I don't know from what Stain scales from deku destroying Wolfram's pillars which is calculated as 1.16 Tons of TNT. Pichu has resistance to Steel (he takes only half the damage), and Stain attacks with steel swords, wich means Pichu gets hit with 0.58 Tons of TNT.
So, Pichu's durability is slightly higher than Stain's AP, while Stain's durability is almost 2x higher, than Pichu's AP. But Pichu has healing, resistance to stain's hacks, various ways to lower Stain's attack and defense, and raise his own stats.
In conclusion, Pichu wins with mid or high difficulty.
