Hmm, I think I'm leaning towards Choso here. Stain is way stronger, but Choso's blood is poisonous, very much so. Choso usually starts with Piercing Blood, and if that hits it'll probably be GG quickly. If it's dodged, he could use Supernova to blast him anyway.

Stain is much bigger in AP and LS, as well as having hypersonic reactions and supernatural willpower to hold on even when he's being broked.
Since Stain will just dodge everything and seriously injure him with a blow, it won't even be necessary to use his quirk.

Even if he has Hypersonic reactions, how does he dodge something like supernova (an explosion of blood at close-range) with his speed? If it hits him once he's probably out btw.

Choso doesn't start with Supernova. The scenario I see is Stain dodging any initial offensive and managing to seriously injure Choso immediately, due to the difference in AP + knives.
Dude, I don't even know why Stain would allow Choso to launch any attack when he sees him in advance. In Stain's view, Choso is just a Subsonic+, if Stain thought it attack was dangerous, he would just kill him.

There's no chance of Choso winning that. Even if we assume that Stain would use his quirk or get caught in a poison attack, his willpower would allow him to keep fighting long enough to kill Choso, which would make this fight inconclusive.

In fact, looking at the profiles, it seems that it's Choso who would be matched by Stain's superhuman speed.
