Arthur rode too far, and through time, ending up in Hope County. There, the two characters heard about each other, and met to fight to the death.

They start on opposite sides in an outpost, aware that the other is there but not in sight of each other. Each have all their equipment within 9-B, but no vehicles.

Stomp. Junior Deputy already has experience with Arthur's weaponry and can compensate for Arthur's Dead-Eye with syringes and whatnot, not to mention that the Junior Deputy has superior equipment.

Also, Junior Deputy has a weapon that vapes humans.

Not a good enough reason for a stomp. And that weapon was added after this battle was made, I'll restrict it.
