(SPOILERS) A hypotetical profile of savitar (arrowverse) if he had won in the final episode

Assuming you're familiar with the third season of Netflix The Flash, what stats do you guys think Savitar would had if he had splitted himself throughout all timelines, considering he said all his versions would share the same consciousness? Would that classify him as a 4-D being? Could he be classified as 2-C and omnipresent? Not sure as to what stats would be given using just this feat besides his others from the series.

He was just existing in every single point in time throughout a single timeline, Earth-1's timeline; and that would make him a 4-D being and should be classified as Low 2-C, as he could destroy/create a single space-time continuum, with immeasurable speed, as he transcends linear time.
