2. Spider-Man in prime, has Chi, Spider Physiology, Upgrades, Queen's Mutation, The Other Evolution, Mindwipe after "Brand New Day", Doctor Octopus, Enhanced Spider-Sense & Symbiotes, got Genetic Dampener, The Enervator, Webware, Web-Shooters, Web Cartridges, Nose-Filters, Utility Belt, Anti-Metal Spider Tracers, Explosive Spider-Tracers, Spider-Tracers, Spider-Signal, Ice Capsules, Avengers Identicard, Anti-Magnetic Gadgets, Anti-Magnetic Inverter, Anti-Sonic Inverter, Anti-Sonic Earplugs & Spider-Armor MK IV, and rides Spider-Glider, Spider-Mobile & Hydro-Spider.

3. Meruem in prime, has Nen, and is Pre-Poor Man's Rose.

4. 1-on-1 death battle.

5. No interference or holding back allowed.

Spider Man doesn't have aura resistance so...

Meruem exists above humanity, clearly meaning that every human in HXH combined is fodder to him, and since Meruem is called the King, clearly he is the strongest creature in HXH and will stay that way. The HXH world is actually equal to the universe in size because we don't see space, and there are monsters comparable in size to it, therefor Meruem is AT LEAST multi-galaxy level. He stomps the Marvel franchise anyways because he was written to only be killed by poisoning from the Rose Bomb.
