This is pretty simple/straightforward, True Dark Genie (True Form) needs his Immeasurable Speed removed. After I revised his page pre-forum migration, most of his justification was removed since it was connected to his Low 2-C upgrade. Now that that is gone, all that is left is not enough for Immeasurable Speed in any way.
His speed will just be Unknown and that justification will be removed since it's just him repeatedly sending parts of himself across all of time.
