Actually MWM scales to skull crushers as well as those who survive being on fire. Also includes those who can cause bad car crashes and casually mutilate humans.
 
Anyway, Feeb probably has this, as MWM's strongest ability is being able to talk and manipulate people into not killing him or letting him live. Feeb has "Oblivious" making that entirely mute. MWM possibly has superior experience, though it is mostly killing children. Feeb also has range, as unlike Jeffery Keaton, MWM never is shown to be skilled with throwing knives. Plus he is tiny.
 
Alright, also I couldn't find anything about skull crushing on his, or any profile he's scaled to (There's a lot of circular scaling)
 
All the 9-Bs are around each other, just slightly below or above. Similar to DC and Marvel scaling. Jeff can harm Slenderman (though is likely weaker) who is around the level of Zalgo. MWM can potentially kill Jeff and Jack, though weaker. So MWM is slightly below 105 Kilojoules.
 
Feebas seems to have the more versatile hax here. Voting Feebas
 
No, Feebas' Low intelligence, combined with Mr. WideMouth's experience, and not completely outclassed AP means he can probably still win
 
I personally don't think there's enough hax to make it a stomp, but is just enough to make it a decisive victory.
 
Sleep and Mind Manipulation can just be avoided by closing your eyes, attack reflection only works on "Special attacks" so not Mouth's physical stabs, and Damage reduction only affects electricity based attacks
 
Attack reflection only works on "Special Moves" which MWM doesn't have.

Damage reduction only works on Electric type moves.

Sleep and Mind manip. only has a 50% percent chance of working.

Status effect inducement is all of above.
