By the way, in the descriptions for each of the abilities for Haki, does anyone want me to include links to pages from the manga with examples? For instance, showing how Fujitora as a blind man can percieve the world with Observation Haki, or showing Vergo coating his weapon with Armament Haki?

Looks good! Here what I believe can make it better.
- Limited Elemental Intangibility Negation is Non-Physical Interaction (Can hits those with Elemental Intangibility)
- Reactive Power Level: Haki can sometimes become stronger in combat, especially against powerful foes: Over the course of his battle with Charlotte Katakuri, Monkey D. Luffy was able to increase the proficiency of his Observation Haki to the point where he could see into the future.
- I don't think Haki qualify for this is Reactive Power Level unless the statistics of the characters increase throughout a battle. This example looks like Accelerated Development. As a far I know, none of Haki users' statistics improve over the course of battle.
- Reactive Power Level is the ability to rapidly increase one's overall strength and other physical capabilities by engaging in combat, becoming more and more capable over the course of a fight.

A break in concentration or disturb one's focus will negate the use of Observation Haki ^250.

It looks pretty okay at the moment. All that tells us is that one persons Armament Haki can be stronger than another persons Armament Haki.

True, but it seem to me to be more than one's Buso is superior than the other, considering it weird block shape and how Luffy refer to it as "Armored Defense". Peharps it just advanced level of Buso Haki. I wait to see if it come back for any sort of clues

Right now it's just a better trained Haki. The cubic shape is due to Katakuri's fruit increasing the mass of his arm which grants a better offensive potency when Armament is applied.
It's nothing new right now. I suggest to wait until make any conclusions.
