Soraka can attack from hundreds of kilometers as well.

Juubi Obito's destructive cap is Country level, not Continent level

One usage of life biding that was shown wasn't in Soraka's but in Irelia lore. In such Soraka saved Irelia by binding her life to a blade. It was stated that if blade is destoyed she also dies. She is always shown with it somewhere around her and when Irelia dies the blades are piercing her chest.

Adiidionaly as a lore, your argument about bunch of text donet worka as feat is invalid as every single book character has his/her feats shown this way.

Range: Several meters with basic healing, Several kilometers with Wish, Hundreds of kilometers with stars

Thats one ability only one Full power Obito has biju bombs and earth style and fire style.

Plus Starcall: Soraka calls down a star at the target area which lands after a 0.25 - 1-second delay, increasing with the location's distance from her, dealing magic damage to all enemies it hits. Enemies standing in the center take 50% increased damage and are slowed for 2 seconds. She can also summon a shower of stars to fall from the sky, striking all nearby enemy units within range for magic damage and reducing their magic resistance for 5 seconds. This effect stacks up to 10 times. If Starcall hits at least one enemy champion, Astral Blessing's cooldown is reduced by a percentage of its base cooldown.

A one second delay is WAY to much time for Obito to weave hand signs.

She has variation with no delay (as lore wise she posses all abilities shown in game too) . Additonaly bot Infuse and Equinox have no delay.

1- Soraka Wins 7/10 for reasons stated by The everlasting and Weeklybattles.

2- Akira toriyama never stated such things like Frieza's powerlevel being 100 quintillion it's his main editor and he said: since frieza is a nice guy his power level should be 100 quintillion.

3- Beerus' power level was never stated and stomps Frieza just like he stomps Goku.
