There's really not much difference here beyond Aqua using other spells, which Sora can dodge and all of that as usual, so voting for Sora if anything.

One could argue that there is a difference in terms of the state of mind Aqua is in which can definitely affect her behavior in combat. Other than that I don't really have an opinion.
