Edward turns into a soul, goes inside the target and splits their souls. Now, because Eddie Brock is a living organism, and the symbiote is a living organism. They most likely both have souls thus allowing Edward to kill Brock. Not saying that Edward would win. There's an equivalent chance that Venom will just kill Edward before he does that. But just something to think about.

Well, Ed seems to hold a hax adventage over Venom. And given the Syombiote's regen won't be useful vs soul manip, I think Ed wins more times than not.
