Sonic the Hedgehog vs Mister Satan (Promotional Comic Continuity vs Dragon Ball Z) (GRACE)

So, the only number I found for Satan was 651175 J converted into .00015563456022944726 tons.

Sonic has .000170694 Tons. Sonic leads in AP but not by much. Really close, ngl.
 
Sonic has the mobility advantage but I'm not certain about Hercule's speed justifications. His justifications place him at Subsonic+.

Hercule dodging 300 m/s missiles (Transonic is 308 m/s and up)

Sonic breaking the sound barrier; 344 m/s
