imo type 4 shouldnt be better unless it is the budget type 4 type 5 in which case yes it should be better

I wouldn’t say one or the other is better, just that they resist fate hax in different ways and you should have feats of affecting either.

It basically prevents Sonic from dying and eventually defeating his opponent. The catch though is that Sonic can be incapacitated, and it more acts as an ability which eventually makes Sonic win

Over time I think it is, but Sonic doesn't actively control it and the specifics behind the fate hax are that over time it will net Sonic a victory but not in an instant
