This reminds me of pre Genesis wave archi shadow, and the difference between him pre the megaman crossover and after it (leaving immediately once he's freed vs helping with scourge immediately when Sonic asked for his help)

I hope it's an actual tie between Sonic and Shadow so the Sonic fans don't run with the whole "Shadow isn't the Ultimate Lifeform, Sonic is" thing they keep clouting Sonic up to be. I like the Blue Boy, but the constant glazing Sonic in terms of his narrative and his fans' comparison of characters just as a means to put down Shadow fans is cringe. Same for the inverse too cuz I know Shadow fans are going to be annoying as well (and I'm saying that as a Shadow fan myself).

Even in the scene that looks to be toward the climax of the movie, Shadow caught Sonic's punch, dropped a one-liner, and rocked his shit once again

Either that or an ahhpull anime rage/willpower moment. Either way, I just hope they put some respect on Shadow's name and don't do him like how these fans envision. People will say that Sonic beats Shadow pretty much every time, but then forget they're constantly stated to be equals and them only fighting, like, twice or so. Or downplay the difficulty of a fight against Shadow as if he was light work.

Why do most people argue Adventure vs "Modern" Super quills when there's more nuance then that? X, Uekawa, & Heroes aren't the same at all, but all get pigeonholed into "Modern".

Oh well, Yuda made the best Super Sonic 30 years ago & it hasn't been seen since, he's literally the best of all worlds.

A tip, it is bettee to ask first instead of assuming how things are, the Timeline blogs already make clear that the IDW comics are secondary canon

Then this should've been added there too. Or the evidence for the animations. Or saving Ian's tweets in screenshots since he might close his Twitter. Or compiling more evidence for Sonic Channel being legit. Or updating the names of the sagas. Or not double-post for requests. Or, or, or...

I find it funny that when a lot of artists attempt to "fix" the 3&K sprites the end result is 100x worse (3&K sprites are peak, they don't need fixing, argue with the wall).
