In all seriousness, after reading other's messages, I'm thinking of the following for a good chance at survival atm:
● ($15) Neo Metal for all his general ridiculousness that likely does not need to be elaborated upon and no plot to demand he loses lmao
● ($10) Shadow - general great powerset plus it helps to avoid having him against me and Chaos Controlling to off me. Chaos Control could also be used to get me far out of the battlefield, greatly enhancing my chances at survival (I just have to live, not necessarily win, though the latter does help with the former)
● ($5) Whisper - Helps to avoid her possible snipe, Wisps also offer her decent versatility, and her sharpshooting should be pretty helpful support for the other two, who will probably be spending at least a good chunk of time in melee

Only came to mind just now, but Emerl + a potential Super Form user (probs Shadow to avoid CC gibbing out the gate) could potentially borrow the Emeralds off Emerl, go Super, and sweep the enemy team. Though I have my doubts on it being something that'd come to mind in-character

I thought the same, but I figured the “No McGuffins” rule meant to Emerald stealing/borrowing as well. If it doesn’t, then my team just hard focuses Emerl, takes the Emeralds, and sweeps. Especially if they can share other McGuffins too, like say Whisper’s Wisps (giving me a reason to spend my remaining 5 bucks.)

Speaking of Surge, in my head Scourge and Surge are perfect for each other in the most ironic of twists. It's only tangentially related, but after the RandomGoonVO vid of Scourge meeting Surge and doing the “You’d make a great couple,” I now headcanon that they legitimately are perfect for each other and they absolutely hate it. They’re so in sync and have even knocked boots but they’ll never admit to being more than just haters for each other--Because Scourge is everything Surge hates about Sonic, and Surge is everything Scourge hates about himself, which in effect makes them even more perfect for, and against, each other. Paradoxically.
 
Can't wait to see Shadow do crazy stuff in a Manga and Sega do everything in their power to say it's canon (Shadow doesn't even know what Metal Sonic is, is from the future and yet never met a Rouge, etc.):

Yes it has. A lot of it is being derived from already accepted tiering for The Next Evolution and The Chaos Force and addresses potential disquallifications very well in my opinion. I highly recommend you read it.

Oh. Well I do not like K.E.V.I.N. and (MCU) She-Hulk's tiering for 1-A as I found it to be a reach (especially with She-Hulk since there were mechanics/factors from her verse that allowed her to enter that supposed 1-A realm). Other than that, the majoirty of them seem to have a solid foundation.

I don't want it for powerscaling reasons and because it just deepens my hatred for the show (and fpr that iteration of the character) even more. In one episode (the final episode), they single handily broke the MCU in any and every way imaginable to the point where no amount of good films will ever be able to repair the damage done here. It ruined the storytelling in the whole MCU as a whole for me and I just cannot view the MCU the same ever since.

Still gets one shot by Winnie The Pooh and Tigger regardless. They transcend their book a lot (or at least mostly Tigger) so Tigger is 1-A now.

Just ignore them. There are a lot of evidence to back up these claims that you and everyone else on this site have provided. If they disagree. So be it. They have every right to do so. Just like we do with their opinions.

Before 2017 I would have told you to forgive and forget but after sonic forces I get it. Albeit it's less extreme since I still love sonic as a franchise but man if I said everything I think about forces here I'd be banned from the wiki for words that violate the Geneva convention.

It's serious. The reasoning has to do with Mario's Time Machine (the shitty obscure game) implying the existance of platonic concepts in the cosmology, something that Super Paper Mario's void would transcend.

I've been wanting to upgrade Mario cosmology for a while now. It should be at the very least Low 1-C, possibly 1-C. There are even some decent arguments for 1-B in my opinion. Too lazy though. That's someone else's job. I'm almost exclusively a Sonic power-scaler now. I check up on other verses every now and then, but don't invest my time and effort into any of them even if I may want to.

Mario's Time Machine's list of inaccuracies, and its doubtful canonicity, are things that would concern me with using it as evidence.
