No because even a High 2-A wouldn't be able to bypass High-Godly on a 4D scale. You would need to be Low 1-C or above or have an ability that negates High-Godly regen.

@DaBoi To be fair, both have things in the game that aren't shown in the IDW comics as of yet. Plus Knuckles has definitely shown to be a greater fighter in the IDW comics imo.
