Either Goku or Ichigo
Goku since he likes to train under especially intense conditions(Multiplied Gravity, Several Hundred Kilo Weights per limb, weather) And Ichigo because of his advance growth rate(He went from scrub to lieutenant-captain lvl in 10 days)
