Well, i was looking the description of some moves and i found this in Eerie Impulse description:
"The user's body generates an eerie impulse. Exposing the target to it harshly lowers the target's Sp. Atk stat."
That don't should be Limited Mind Manipulation? I don't see how impulse in this case can't be nerve impulse even because is a Electric-Type move and the effect of lowering the SpA can be related to manipulating the neurons with a nerve impulse and limiting the usability of SpA moves.
