Non-Physical Interaction is fine, but please remind me about the reasons for void manipulation.

Basically, Being reduced to Rukh and manipulating people in it is akin to reducing them to nothingness. The Souls in Rukh, both White and Black no longer have individuality and their sense of self is erased. As we know those who appear in the palace only do so to reincarnate. So their 'self' was reduced to nothing and recreated in the cycle of Rukh.

We see this multiple times in the series when Aladdin states that you cant just typically bring people back from the Rukh or change this cycle. They are long gone.

I really should make a Rukh and Elemental Blog for Magi since our abilities, although are fine, need sources and context. Obviously.

I am afraid that reducing people to Rukh is not the same thing as utterly erasing them from existence, just changing their natures to a form of spirit. Sorry, but that would be misleading and is not acceptable to add to the profiles.

I not saying its EE but Void Manipulation or more specifcally Conversion to Nonexistence: The user of this ability might be capable of turning targets to nothing.

Because even in the official scans it's cleary state. Retuning to the Ruhk means becoming nothing. And that everybody is a phantom and their is no Ruhk or Magoi.

But they dont say they are Erased from existence or something of that of that sort.

That statement should be taken as metaphorical. Rukh have elsewhere clearly been repeatedly shown to be something, not nothing, and even alive in a sense.

I would appreciate if we could drop this subject and focus on applying the accepted changes instead.

That seems fine, but do not add creation. It means creating matter out of nothing. Manipulating Magoi and Rukh to create a Djinn is not the same thing.
