His striking strength is "likely" Low 7-B. This feat I described makes it definitively Low 7-B.

The Effigies are low 7-B for overpowering the Flash. I can accept this change but I am concerned about if this ruins the scaling or not.

That... creates a different problem. The low 7-B feat occurred after his training so if he did get stronger between the Mina episode and the Flashtime episode, then the Effigies may not scale to low 7-B.

There isn't. Our problem is that if Barry didn't get stronger between being manhandled by the effigies and one-shotting Ralph, then Ralph defeating the effigy would be an inconsistency. Unless Flash Oneshotting Dibny or being defeated by the effigy is the inconsistency.

I just said it was implied that he was training as of the Flashtime episode. But, given the circumstances, it would probably be wise not to make that small revision.
