Basically, the cleaving a hill thing is vague, and since we don't see it happen I feel like we should have the entire range of what it would take to do such a feat.

Minimum: This calc

Maximum: I don't think there is a calc but it would be cleaving the hill from the bottom, making the land flat.

Basically we need somebody to make the second calc to see the presumeable high-end of Slender's power.

As for tier yeah, to cleave something is to "split or sever (something), especially along a natural line or grain." What is the natural line/grain of a mountain?

I don't think there is one. So basically we just need the lowest (Tarkus) and highest (Spitting the hill equal to the ground so that, should the sliced part be removed, there would be flat ground).

I honestly don't know. Wikipedia and the stuff that came up first when I googled really didn't have a difinitive answer. The smallest mountain is about 486 feet tall while the largest hill is 1999 feet, despite hills being supposed to be smaller then mountains. In conclusion, I have no clue.

TBH seeing how vague the feat itself is as there is no other information given, it may be best to just change it to Unknow for the time being

Untill the Hill is calced, we probably should have it as so:

At least 9-B, likely Higher. Unknow with Scream

9-B stays since the "Breaketh walls and weapons" statement is pretty blatant.

Also there are a few things missing from Slender's profile.

Explanations for Sound Manipulation and Breathing in space (For the latter I think I heard that in the book Slender had to be edited out of the moon landing or something like that but I haven't read the book). As for Sound, this is Fact Book Slender. His powers are never normal.

Breaking the Fourth Wall (The official description on Amazon implies Slender killed the authors of the book, and I quote, "This book - dedicated to the authors who tragically and violently lost their lives shortly after writing it")

iirc it was for is scream or that he could cause silence but it should be double checked.

Also that isn´t 4th wall awarness, he doesn´t know he is in a book or a fictional character. He simply killed the authors. It would be like someone making a book about me and I kill them. I don´t know I am fictional. He might have some type of corruption via turning those who kill him into SM but idk. Probably fo a different thread.
