Hmm interesting, depends on who oneshot first I think, yamamoto is freaking 6-B. He oneshot easily, but if kyouraku decide to quickly use Ichidanme and Shime no Dan he might have a decent chance, huh.. I think Inconclusive is the safest way for now.

Kyoraku managed to damage someone Intangible( Lille ) with his Bankai's Reality Manipulation.

He can do the same to Yamamoto's Sun Armor.

And i dont think Yamamoto can gave any trouble to Lille unlike Kyoraku.

So i'm leaning towards Kyoraku.Kyoraku takes this IMO.
