No.
Gerard has regened having everything above his Legs destroyed.
Also Literally has Mid-Godly Regen in his profile which is miles above what Lille needed to survive Shunsui's Bankai.
Also already has better AP with Blut in base.

Kyoraku probably cooks Base Gerard based on him smoking Base Lille and Gerard seemingly getting out down by getting jumped by people weaker than Kyoraku (besides Byakuya).

But once the Miracle hits, Kyoraku is cooked. Acts 1 and 2 would just amp Gerard, Act 3 might kill Kyoraku if Gerard’s Reiatsu surpasses his by this point, and act 4 would just amp Gerard massively leaving Kyoraku with no options

Gerard was able to come back from having his head pulverized by Byakuya after Toshiro froze and power nulled Gerard’s body down to the bone…via reforming a new body out of reishi completely disconnected from the one Toshiro froze.

Gerard should easily be able to revive from his head being destroyed but even if for some reason you say that body is compromised, he can revive into an entirely new body
