No Super-1 revisions as the series adds nothing to scaling or powers, if you haven't seen the new profiles, here they are.

This revision will be extremely short as Kamen Rider ZX's first appearence is a 45-minute TV show special. It adds nothing in terms of attack potency, but it brings some new cool powers and abilities.

Spacetime Rupture System​

The Spacetime Rupture System is a device developed by the Badan Empire, powered up by the material called "Badanium-84". The device is capable of distorting time and space, converting all matter into energy, or vice versa, and erasing it without any traces, something showcased with 0.0001% capacity. After Badan obtains Badanium-84 to use the device on its full potential, Ambassador Darkness reveals himself to be in control of the machine, and uses its powers against the Ten Kamen Riders. However, although they feel pain, they aren't affected by the effects of the Spacetime Rupture System, and by combining their powers with the Rider Synchro, they are able to open a crisis breakthrough and nullify its effects.

Rider Syndrome
Riders form a circle and unleash the full power of ten riders, combining their energy into a single ultimate combined move. The energy of the time-space rupture system opens a crisis breakthrough, and inflicts great damage on the Ambassador Darkness.

Thus, all Riders from Ichigo to ZX should have Spatial Manipulation and Power Nullfication for creating an opening in the Spacetime Rupture System and negate its abilities.

Now more stuff about the Spacetime Rupture System, it is not only a device that warps time and space, but it is also said to transcend time, space and dimensions, and that is capable of destroying the world.

An evil empire formed mainly by remnants of Nazi Germany, it plans to dominate the human race from its base in Badan City, a huge underground city in South America. As its ultimate goal, it plans to establish a Third Reich throughout the world. As a first step, they built an agit in Japan's Ashura Valley, and were planning to destroy Japan by using a final weapon that would annihilate everything: the space-time rupture system.

Badan.
It is an evil organization controlled by the energy of evil spirits. It is an insane army that plans to destroy the entire world by activating the Time-Space Rupture System, a device that can all erases matter on beyond space-time level by converting the matter into energy.

バダンは世界を破滅させる時空破断システムのカウントダウンを開始。そして、良の心の支えであるルミと海堂博士を拉致した。ふたりを救い、 地上の平和を守るため、 良は愛車を走らせる。だがそこへ........。
Badan starts the countdown for the space-time rupture system that will destroy the world. He abducts Ryo's emotional support, Rumi, and Dr. Kaido. Ryo drives his beloved car to save them and protect peace on earth. But then, ........ comes along.

With all of this, all the Ten Kamen Riders from Ichigo to ZX should have resistance to Space-Time Manipulation, Existence Erasure and Transmutation.

Generalissimo of Badan​

The Generalissimo of Badan is another incarnation of the Great Leader. This time, he appears right after the death of Ambassador Darkness, as made of pure evil and malevolent energy, a collection of demonic energies created by the evil spirit of humankind.

The ruler of the Badan Empire, he is believed to be a collection of demonic energies created by the evil spirit of humankind. It was shaped like a gigantic shadow.

帝国を支配しているのは謎のバダ ン総統。その正体は、純粋な悪の意 志とも、また、悪霊エネルギーともい われているが、真実を知る者は誰もい。
The empire is ruled by the mysterious Führer Badan. His true identity is said to be pure evil intent or demonic energy, but no one knows the truth.

Quite simple, the Great Leader will have a new key called "Badan Empire", which he would have Incorporeality and Abstract Existence (Type 1) for existing as a pure collective of evil, malevolent and demonic energy created by the evil from human spirit. He would also resist the same effects of the Spacetime Rupture System due to be apparently unaffected by them. He will have a Unknown rating for lacking any AP feats.

From what I'm reading, it looks like the Spacetime Rapture System is able to destroy the universe.
That would at least make their added resists 4D, right?

Although the novel version of the Spacetime Rupture System is indeed a cosmic destroyer. By transcending time, space and dimensions, the device could work with 8D spacetime hax with our current scaling, but I'll prefer to hear what others have to say about this.

I think the SRS is 4D by default since it transcends space and time, and can manipulate it.

Yes, the Tohru Hirayama novel which mixes the original concept with the TV series. The Spacetime Rupture System is far more busted in the novel version, it uses non-Newtonian mechanics, is connected to the minds of tens of thousands of scientists, and exchange the past, present, and future time periods, as well as space transfers, matter, and energy on a cosmic scale, Badan has also a super-human quadratic storage infinite-capacity computer.
