Shouldn't the Primordials have Infinite speed?

It's hard to sclae honestly, because then we would have to bring back helios' infinite speed, which would scale to other characters again, which was already downgraded. Infinite speed is arguably not accepted by many people unless it is explicitly stated.

I would direct you to this thread Accepted Infinite Speed Downgrade where the infinite speed downgrade was accepted. Also, Primordials are baseline in GOW, so if they were infinite, everyone who is stronger than them would be as well.
