Veronica will start with dragon breath which Shizuku will get through by cutting through space, Veronica isn't one to just sit back and launch long range attack so she will get up close, which as result gives Shizuku the win due to her versatility: analytical prediction, space cutting, power null, soul hax etc.

Veronica could win with death gazer, but Shizuku will see that coming with analytical prediction and take her out before that.

Not to mention Shizuku is a way better fighter than Veronica, being a genius swordsman. Veronica is outskilled and outhaxed.

Draconic Form would give Veronica the ap advantage along with resistances to some of Shizuku's hax, not to mention, mind hax above what Shizuku can resist.

It would be shoot out if Shizuku didn't have analytical prediction + stat amp, but since she does, doesn't change much, it would be a closer match, however Shizuku just has to change tactics.
