I'm pretty sure hit would realize he's trying to kill himself and you know maybe he'd probably NOT DO IT!?

In order to put hit under genjutsu he'd need to send chakra from his eyes, through the air, into hit's eyes and then the chakra would then need to strong enough to mess up Hit's chakra flow to put him under genjutsu

Now wether Hit has a Chakra network or not is beyond me, but im pretty sure Hit can insta activate Time Skip completely speedblitzing Shisui before the Sharigan is even activated.

Hit won't go into stance for someone he knows is far weaker than himself E.g: The Guards that were guarding that one dude hit was hired to kill
And also it's not uncommon for Hit to just slip into the shadows and then just sneak attack kill

First off no. Its not mind control it isnt putting thoughts in head it is a unresistable command. Hit then proceeds to rip his heart out and kill himself.
