John would be able to tell which was the Duplicates and which was the Original.
He performed a similar feat when he was able to tell that these two guys who broke into Office with Probability changing wands were the same guy he was talking to, just at different points in his Timeline.
John literally blew out their timeline as if it was a candle and the two stopped existing.
So, John would be able to tell who the original was and do any number of nasty things to her to get the Win.
