John Rambo vs John Wick (9-0-0) (Concluded)

Does "9-B equipment" here mean it's just a hand-to-hand fight with no weapons? Because their profiles both say they're higher than 9-B with weapons.

Both have all of their weapons up to 9-B so Rambo doesn’t have his 8-C or high 8-C explosives. Wick has his guns because even though they’re higher his guns are still 9-B.
 
what are Rambo skill feats anyway? (sorry still havent watch his movies)

Wick is considered the greatest hitman of his verse. Even as a rusty and broken man, he still defeated an entire army of some of the greatest.
 
They should be comparable in skill, but wicks bulletproof vest helps him alot. But Rambo seems to have superior stealth imo

My vote is either Rambo or incon tbh
