Since he knows that she is a vampire and can regenerate, he will probably go for the kill right out the get-go. And since Shinobu doesn't know that The Hand erases things from existence, she will probably try to block/attack with Kokorowatari, which will be erased. Then she's kinda ******

Ouch, then this is kinda a stomp tbh. I doubt that Shinobu is just going to randomly swing her sword at something it can't do anything to (from her perspective), and at that point, The Hand will have probably erased her from existence.
