If we assume this isn't a stomp because of his Hollow Mask, I'd still have to give it to Da Vinci due to versatility of possible abilities and her magical items. Though she could likely not take a blow very well, but I am almost sure Natural Genius would allow her to replicate something like Battle Continuation. And that is if Shinji can connect the blow.

Now that you mention it yeah, Lisa, Kensei, and Love is not even use their Hollow Mask when they fight Possesed Bankai Ichigo during the Vizard training.
And there's 7-B for Base Ulquiorra.

Shinji wouldn't even need to connect the blow if we allow his Hollow Mask. She'd get crushed by his Reiatsu before she can do anything but yeah the Bleach scaling rn is wonky.

We do whenever it's a match with characters from different tiers. It's one of Reiatsu's basic abilities to attack your opponent with it, and in this case Shinji is scaling to people who can stomp 640+ Megaton characters meanwhile Da Vinci scales to the higher end of 7-B +. ( Renji harmed Szayelaporro with his Reiatsu, Aizen could fight using his Reiatsu while tied in a chair, there's been multiple times in the series where Shinigami use their Reiatsu to attack their opponents rather than crushing them instantly like Hogeyoko Aizen did. Furthermore Reiatsu is literally used for defensive and offensive purposes.)

just to clarify, he can use the mask but he does not start with it. Da Vinci can fire her attack before he does

Is using Reiatsu pressure actually that common? Most of the time it felt like something done accidently as power was fully unleashed, not to mention Aizen's case is special because... well, he's Aizen. His Reiatsu is not exactly in the realm of normal even before Hogyoku shenanigans.
That said, Da Vinci suffers real hard because she's not an uber magus but still a good one, but we don't see a lot of her prowess in this area. She's a great inventor, but this is barely explored unlike the bajillion things we know are in GoB aside from what we can speculate is in there, so there's... not much to use. People aren't super aware of servant skills to make a lot of arguments with Natural Genius most of the time, and one of her more important skills which could be a great tide turner is rather vague in it's possible scope.
What a sad turn of events... sniff.

She doesn't have the tools, sadly enough. There's potential, but what we know she should have and what that actually is and how it can be applied is very limited.
