Shark Punching Center Upgrade

Pretty simple. The SCP-5500 article states that the Shark Punching Center has (or rather had, it was "acquired" by the foundation in SCP-5500) access to to the CORMORANT machine, which is is stated to be "An equivalent to the S.W.A.N.N. Engine made by the Shark Punching Center". Not only should this give SPC the boundless tier (given Dr. Bright gets boundless from his use of the SWANN engine), it should also give them all of the abilities that come with the usage of the SWANN engine (plot manip, transduality, acausality, etc.)

Not related to the SPC's actual scaling, but the article currently lacks a discussion template, which should be added.

It has just occurred to me that I have forgotten to list the actual abilities which should be added due to this.

• Beyond-Dimensional Existence (Type 2)
• Plot Manipulation
• Acausality (Type 5) & Transduality (Type 3 - Exists far beyond the Noosphere and even the Patasphere thus should have abilities superior to them. They see even other transdual entities, such as the Constants, as equally fictional, transcending their entire system of Nonduality)
• Large Size (Type 11)
• Soul Manipulation (The C.O.R.M.O.R.A.N.T Engine can eject one's soul upwards through the narrative.)
• Breaking the Fourth Wall (Users of the C.O.R.M.O.R.A.N.T Engine can communicate with the Proxyverse authors.)
