Shanks Kenbunshoku Haki.

I think that's just Instinct. I mean there are characters in other verses who can do those things without precognition.
 
You don't see him dodging in the manga. Besides, you don't need Observation Haki to dodge something being thrown from directly in front of you.
 
He was literally looking straight at Whitebeard. Why would he need precog to dodge a bottle being thrown at him?

Not saying Shanks doesn't have Kenbunshoku. It just hasn't been confirmed or even alluded to in canon.
